Childhood friends Shamil & Jason from Moçambique, became the DJ & producer duo Perspectiv when they both moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2016. They run their own events brand called ‘Crossing Worlds’ and have become a staple for afro-house & organic music in the Vancouver night scene.

Michaela Slinger is a Vancouver-based pop singer-songwriter and “legendary songbird in the making” (MRG Group).

Monty Biggins is an accomplished musician operating out of the Sea to Sky area of BC, Canada. He is a skilled entertainer and musician and can offer hosting duties for all kinds of events.

Though she may have spent her whole life in the city of Vancouver BC, Madelyn’s heart is in the rural tales of Folk/Americana music. This duality of urban and country is ever present in her music, as she pulls inspiration from Folk/Americana groups likeI’m With Her, Joni Mitchell, and First Aid Kit and blends these sounds with lyrics about growing up in an urban centre.

The Sea to Sky Dance Collective is a non-profit group of experienced adult contemporary dancers who have come together with the ultimate goal of giving back to our community through dance.

Ira Pettle, B.A., M.Ed. - A graduate of the acclaimed Second City Conservatory Program in Toronto, Ira is an award-winning performing artist and creative now residing in British Columbia, Canada. He is the co-producer and star of Whistler's hit comedy show, Laugh Out LIVE!, and is excited to be in studio, recording his debut album, A Little Bit, slated for release in the fall.

Yin Xzi Ho (何吟曦) is a poet, and a published author of the memoir 'Home Is Here'. She loves writing poems that find its way into your home in a way that inspires a laugh, or at the very least, a smile.

A self-declared “British craft nerd”, Anna Lynch made Whistler her home in 2010 and has been creating artwork in the Sea to Sky Corridor ever since. With a focus on tactile artworks, Anna primarily uses textile mediums such as weaving, felting, knitting, sewing and beading together with painted canvas. She combines traditional techniques and modern design to make each work unique.

Steffi Lai is a graphic designer, illustrator, and painter, and also happens to be a licensed embalmer. She enjoys designing prints, logo designs, and layouts, and tries to incorporate illustrations into her work wherever she can. She is inspired by her home in the pacific northwest and its lush forests, majestic mountains, dark mysterious oceans, and the many creatures that dwell within them. 

Miriam is an artist from Toronto, who’s love of painting mountains drew her to Squamish. Her work is a response to the beauty and wonder of her environments and is simply the product of an irresistible urge to create.

Michelle Ang has been illustrating on a freelance basis since 2017, developing colourful illustrations for personal use, clothing, brands and more.

Her creative style includes bold colours, outdoor imagery, and linework. She is heavily influenced by natural landscapes around her and has focused on developing illustrations of areas surrounding Squamish, British Columbia.

Holly Mitchell is a British Canadian artist living in Pemberton BC.

She studied Textiles Design and Innovation at Loughborough University (in the UK) where she got a First Class Honours Degree as well as being selected for the New Designers 2019 London.

Jacob Cogan, also known as Eighty (short for Frontside 180), is a genderqueer artist of European heritage from Ottawa, Ontario. Known for blending movement arts, fabrication, and visual art. 

Emily Buck seeks to capture what is alive in you and wrap it in words to touch your heart. Her improvised, on-the-spot poems provide compelling moments of witness and connection. You can expect to possibly laugh, cry, or just have a piece of paper with fancy type-writer ink on it to go home with.

Squamish Circus is a non profit organization in Squamish BC. Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive space to bring together the many talented folks in Squamish who are already participating in a wide variety of circus arts.
